    Description:

    This extremely durable and chemically resistant cladding utilizes a multi-step curing process that incorporates chemically-fused glass flake reinforcing in a highly cross-linked polyester matrix. The resultant layer is an extremely durable barrier against a variety of exposures including marine, fresh water, salt water, both mineral and organic acids, bleach solutions, and free chlorine. The multi-layer glass-flake reinforcement greatly impedes the penetration of water and other corrosives making this system extremely long performing.

    Description:

    Very tough, hard coating developed for glass-reinforced application up to 1/8” (0.32 cm) by two component airless spray, roller or squeegee. Excellent wetting properties minimize air entrapment frequently encountered during filled application with glass-reinforced materials. Carboguard 151-2 has sufficient flexibility to withstand the expansion and contraction effects encountered in large storage tanks. Component A is pigmented blue and Component B is pigmented yellow. When Carboguard 151-2 is properly mixed and applied, a uniform green color is obtained.

    Description:

    Description:

    Carboguard 60 is a high solids, versatile, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, and corrosion resistant coating. It can be used as a primer, intermediate coat, or self-priming finish over steel or inorganic zinc primers. May be topcoated with itself, or a broad variety of high performance finish coats. This product has excellent wetting properties giving it the capability of going over marginally prepared substrates. It is ideal for maintenance and fabrication shop applications. An optional Glass Flake (GF) additive or micaceous iron oxide (MiO) additive can be purchased separately and may be used to enhance film strength for more abusive applications for severe marine or heavy industrial uses.     Description:

    Description:

    A two-component, glass reinforced epoxy coating. 890 GF2 is chemical resistant and has a wide range of uses in industrial environments. Its glass reinforcement allows for excellent internal film strength, hardness, impact, and abrasion resistance. Most commonly, it is used in severe service (above or below the water line) in marine applications where these resistance qualities are desired.

    Description:

    Carboxane 2000 is an isocyanate free, ultra-durable coating that provides outstanding color and gloss retention as well as excellent corrosion protection for exterior exposures. When used over a suitable primer (as a two coat system) Carboxane 2000 provides the barrier, corrosion resistance properties, and weatherability normally achieved with a three-coat system (primer, epoxy intermediate with an acrylic-polyurethane finish) for most environments. This significantly speeds up the painting process, saves labor, and saves money without sacrificing performance. This tightly cross-linked film utilizes a UV-resistant siloxane binder resulting in a finish with excellent corrosion protection and weathering performance that far exceeds aliphatic polyurethanes.

    Description:

    This is an extreme performance coating for hot, cryogenic and cycling exposures. Thermaline Heat Shield contains a unique blend of plate-like reinforcing pigments fortified with an inert polymeric matrix. The resulting film provides an outstanding barrier against corrosives and harsh exposures typically seen in elevated temperature environments. This versatile coating is ideal for all piping, vessels and equipment operating from cryogenic conditions up to 1200°F. It is particularly well suited to prevent corrosion under insulated equipment/piping for both carbon steel substrates and stainless steels. This fortified coating has superior shop handling properties over standard silicone coatings (see Curing). It is recommended for CS-6 and SS-5 systems of NACE SP0198 Standard Practice for coatings to control corrosion under insulation (CUI).
